Wide Open Spaces

Today we had a field trip to BlueJack Ridge Ranch.  We had a great time. There was lots of fun for all.  If you live anywhere close to Poplarville, Mississippi, I recommend that you visit them.

We got to get lost in a 7 acre corn maze. The corn was over 8 feet high in most places.  Which way should we go now??????

Since all the dads are on fall break, they got to go with us. That means The Man enjoyed the day with us 🙂

Memaw even joined us (all the way from Georgia) 🙂

After the corn maze, we got to hunt for “gold” and “arrow heads.”  Of course, the girls found more “gold” than the boys! The arrow head hunting area had a great display of teepees.

Then we had duck races and horse races…..

There were lots of God’s amazing creatures to see! Some that were just found and others that were planned on the ranch.

I just imagine this little guy saying, “Please play with me. Pleassssseeeeeee!!!”

We even got to bring munchkin pumpkins home.

Everyone loved all the activities. The ranch is a great place with great staff. But my favorite part was being out in WIDE OPEN SPACES!!!!
