a life of gratitude (321-343)

When you have to dig deep to find the joy!

There are just some days that it is hard to find the joy. I have a week of days just like that. However, as I press on, I realize that counting the blessings helps me find the joy.

Not that I have already obtained it or have already become perfect, but I press on so that I may lay hold of that  for which also I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:12

Thanks for coming by this morning. My comment system had a glitch, so your comment no longer shows up. 😦 But I did get it, and I appreciate hearing that others struggle with the baptism thing as well. I know people come from all kinds of traditions involving baptsim, so it’s a challenge to flesh out what traditions and sacraments and all that really mean to our family and to allow my children the freedom to discover their own relationship with Jesus. (Feel free to leave your comment again if you feel so inclined.)
